Benzie Area Historical Museum – Located in Benzonia, this museum houses many exhibits, including the Ann Arbor Railroad car ferries, Bruce Catton, the Civil War, logging, and early Benzie County history.

Betsie Valley Trail– Enjoy hiking or biking on the 22-mile long Betsie Valley Trail in Benzie County. Trailhead in downtown Beulah has parking.

The Point Betsie Lighthouse – A local landmark and well known spot for photographers, this lighthouse has stood sentry on the Lake Michigan shoreline for over 100 years. The lighthouse is located a few miles north of Frankfort. Contact the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce for additional information.

Cannon in Father Charlevoix Park – For over a century this Civil War cannon has stood in the Father Charlevoix Park on Main Street in Frankfort. For more information contact the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce.

Benzie Area Symphony Orchestra – Volunteer musicians of all ages and from several Northwest Michigan counties, gather weekly in Benzie County to play a variety of music that is then performed in public concerts throughout the year.
